After a challenging few months shall we say and a lot of time spent in the house...I've definitely turned a corner the last week or so..been for my longest walk since Oct and while it's nowhere near the distance we we're up to, it's a start..#teamrecovery are back! (Sort of lol)
First time in four weeks I've managed 10000 steps. A lush day down Rhossili seeing the sunflowers....packed lunch up on the headland all washed down with a brew and expensive cake....#teamrecovery are on the way back!!!!

OK...its been a few weeks what with Yoga retreats and pilgrimages to Skegness Butlins but #teamrecovery are back today with a bang! An adventure out to Mumbles lighthouse with an expensive Ginger ale Along the way....
Newquay adventure day 2...Wildlife...waterfalls...waggy tails...Bottlenose Dolphins...breakfast.. Curry...Cobra Kai...Won't lie to you and hope it doesn't come across as smug but today was just one of those days where all was perfect...All in all a great weekend for #teamrecovery
Boom...Gower 10 miler in the tank today...loved it....brought the big guns out today...Flask of Twinings and some Tunnocks Tea cakes for energy for the last mile up Cefn Bryn. Only the best for #teamrecovery
