My folks are heading home today. I thought I would be ready for the space, but I am terribly anxious and sad that they are leaving. I can do this by myself, but it’s been so soothing to be loved unconditionally in person for a while.

We had a little surprise Saturday visit with #Angie, my sister who resides in a group home.She’s going through major depression & was in her p.j’s at 5 pm. She was about to have soup for dinner in her room but we managed to relocate her to the dining room 1/2 #ThisIsDepression
Thought my day was going to be completely ruined by a depression episode that struck on the bus. But a short walk with Mike and a lemonade later, and I made it to my destination and back.
