One thing I've noticed is that many of us have started measuring people's value by the amount of money they can give us. If they don't give us money, we assume they didn't help.
I disagree. Not every help comes in cash, bros.
Some people help you emotionally. They remind you who you are when Tinubu ( sorry, i mean 'Life') is trying to break you.
Some help you with words. One conversation with the right person can save you from years of confusion.
Some help you spiritually. They strengthen your faith, your hope, and your ability to keep moving forward.
Some help you with knowledge. They teach you something that earns you more than any amount they could have given you.
And some simply believe in you when nobody else does.
Don't underestimate that kind of support.
Money is important. Very important. Ngl, but there are moments in life when what you need most is not money. It's clarity. It's wisdom. It's encouragement. It's direction.
Learn to appreciate people for what they bring into your life, not just what they bring into your pocket.
Not every blessing is financial. Money is only one form of value. Don't become blind to the others.

I think most things become more achievable when broken into smaller and repeatable actions.
One thing I’ve come to realize is this yeah: The mind is one of the most powerful assets a human has. Whatever your mind truly believes is achievable, your body will slowly begin to work toward it.
But many of us fail because we set goals that are too big for our current reality, then expect immediate results. Great things don’t just need ambition. I feel maybe the need patience, consistency, and system. Gotta use myself as example as always. Stay with me...
So I started testing this idea on myself about few months ago yeah. My first evening walk was from my house to like the 5th house on the street and back. Very small distance. Easy goal. I achieved it. I was happy 😊
The next week, I added few more houses because the previous one already felt normal.
Fast forward to now, I walk about 4.5KM. ( still not what I want, but I'm not where I started )
Same thing with reading. Reading used to feel hard for me, so instead of forcing myself to read many pages, I started with just 2 pages daily. Very small goal. Easy to achieve. As time went on, my mind adapted. Now reading feels more natural.
That’s when I realized something: Small wins train the mind to believe bigger wins are possible.
Most people want billions immediately, massive success immediately, huge results immediately ( me too 😁)… meanwhile, we are not even doing something capable of producing that result yet. Tell yourself the truth.
If you’re not yet in the position to make billions, start with thousands. Then millions. Then more.
There’s no shame in gradual growth.
Even in business: Don’t start by saying “I want 1 million customers.” Start with: “I want to retain 3 good customers this month.” Then improve your system. Then move to 5. Then 10. Then more.
The secret is not motivation. The secret is SYSTEM.
If the process becomes easy to repeat, the goals stop looking impossible. Little by little, the mind begins to expand. And once the mind expands, your life follows.
Once again, THE SECRET IS THE SYSTEM, THE SYSTEM IS THE SECRET

It kinda funny that TIME IS EQUAL yet RESULTS ARE NOT.
Everyone has the same 24 hours. The rich, the broke, the disciplined, the distracted. So what separates people? Isn't that concerning? 🤔
So i had to conclude ( I’m still open to feedback tho ) the it actually Not time but Usage of time.
Some people spend time. Some waste it. Others invest it, build with it, and multiply it.
Time doesn’t change your life. What you do with time does. ( read again ) Same 24 hours but Completely different outcomes. Worth thinking about 🤔
Don’t complain about time. Audit how you use it.

So yeah, people talk about good luck and bad luck but here’s how I see it. 🙏
Too much “good luck” can actually weaken you. You know, when things always go your way, prolly in business, betting, or even relationships or meeting friends self, you don’t really learn how things work. You don’t learn discipline. You don’t learn management. You don’t build structure. Everything just works. Easy life. Until it doesn’t! and when reality finally hits, most people are not prepared for it.
On the other hand, what people call “bad luck” often forces you to think, adjust, and work harder. You know, You start asking better questions. You become more careful. You build real skill. It even helps you build discipline, resilience and some shi... That process builds you.
So, to me, it’s not that bad luck is better than good luck. It’s that struggle teaches more than ease ever will. Idk if you'll agree to that
Luck can give you results yeah. But discipline and consistency are what help you keep them.

MINDSET WIN FIRST, THEN YOUR SKILLS
So yesterday, i playing snooker at DMAYOR GAME HUB at Utako ABJ (it a nice spot btw) and I was losing badly. Nothing was working.
Then someone new came in to play with me. I already felt bad cause in my mind, i knew i was about to take more defeat cause he was a very good player im familiar with.
So i did something, before we started, I told him: “I’ve played like 10 games today and no one has beaten me.”
That wasn’t true obviously. But I noticed that something changed immediately we started.
He became more careful. More tense. And I became sharper. More confident.
I ended up beating him multiple times something I wasn’t even doing earlier.
That moment taught me something simple:
Performance is not just skill. It’s psychology.
The moment people believe you’re strong, they play differently. And the moment you believe it too, you show up differently. Same game. Same players. Different mindset.
Sometimes, the game is won before it even starts. It all depends on your mindset. Let your mind win first, then your skills complete the winning

#TWOTS 🤔 So personally, don’t think change in Nigeria must come through violent protest. But I do think something is missing, id call it COORDINATED PRESSURE.
Una see those unions and organized bodies like
labour, transport, education, nah only for theory these groups hold real leverage. Dem too useless practically
Why bodies like this cant stop teachers, lecturers or workers generally to puase cause they cant afford transport? Wetin transport bodies dey do that they cant stop all transport cars till further notice cause fuel too high?!
If large parts of the system pause, the pressure becomes impossible to ignore.
So the real question is: why is that leverage not being used effectively? Well I kuku know the answers
There are deeper issues like leadership incentives, internal divisions, legal and political risks. Most important and stup!d of it all, these people sit on same tabel with those in power
When representation becomes compromised, pressure weakens. And without pressure, nothing moves.
Change doesn’t only come from anger. I feel e fit also comes from organized, sustained, and intelligent action.
Until that happens, complaints will remain noise.

Customers adapt quickly , What impressed people yesterday becomes normal today and excitement slides back the baseline. That’s the hedonic treadmill ( you can read about it)
So businesses gats keep evolving to stay relevant. Thats why apps gets updated every fuckin time, phones release new versions, cars gives more crazy models, even sporty Introduce more betting options. Lmao

I’ve been thinking, at this point, we seriously need to stop generalising who we are. It’s about YOU. Everyone is not you. Everyone cannot be you. Stop hiding your personal behaviour under: “That’s how everybody is.”No. That’s how YOU are!
We were raised differently from Different backgrounds, Different upbringing, Different exposure, Different values Different mindset, Different discipline levels, Different experiences. So how can we all behave the same? Think about am and make it make sense
I’ve heard people say: “All men cheat.”
That’s a lie, i’ve seen men who don’t. Also i’ve heard: “All women cheat.” nah lie too. I know women who don’t ( in fact, my sister doesn't!.)
So instead of saying: “Everybody cheats” Say the truth: “I cheat.” Nah your own behaviour, don’t generalise it.
Stop letting social media and your environment normalize nonsense. You’re not “everybody.” You’re not statistics. You’re not trends. You are you. Yes, environment influences you but it doesn’t define you.
“That’s Nigerian mentality.” NO. That’s your mentality.
“That’s how we live.” NO. That’s how you choose to live.
“Rich people behave like this.” NO seh!. When you’re rich, you will choose how YOU behave.
"Poor people behave like this.” NO seh!. If your poor, you still choose how YOU behave.
We need to normalize this mindset:
“I can be different.”
See more, Read more, Listen more, Meet more people. But don’t accept everything, Filter them. Stop absorbing everything you see or hear . Learn to think for yourself. Learn to be yourself.
You are different. And there is no shame in that. Stand your grand 🤴 & 👸

So Sometimes I wonder about something yah, If a country like Nigeria is one of the most religious places in the world. why are poverty, corruption, insecurity and bad leadership still so common?
Millions of people pray every day. Churches and mosques are always full. Huge gatherings happen every week. Yet the society around us barely changes or even gets worse 💔
So I ask myself a question: Maybe God is not interested in controlling the systems created by man like governments, politics, money, sports, competitions and all of that. Maybe those things are left for human beings to build, manage and fix. Maybe prayer is meant to shape the human spirit, our character, our discipline, our morality amd not replace responsibility. Because if we pray for a better country but still tolerate corruption, poor leadership and bad systems, what exactly do we expect to change? What you think please? 🤔
I believe in God deeply. But I also believe God gave humans the responsibility to build the world they live in.

Id like to share something here, Think with me.
So My staff once came to me and said, “Boss, this job isn’t paying all my bills anymore. I need a second job. Please employ me in your brother’s business.”
I paused, then I asked him one simple question: “If you get a second job and your responsibilities increase, what next? A third job? A fourth? How many employers do you want to serve?” He went quiet. After a while, he asked, “So what should I do?”
I told him something he didn’t expect. “Apply for the position of manager here. If you’re worth it, I’ll make you manager.” He was shocked and responded, “But sir, I don’t have what it takes to be a manager.”
That’s when I smiled Cause I already predicted his response “That’s exactly the point. You don’t need more jobs. You need more value.”
The difference between an employer and an employee isn’t just effort. It’s value creation.
Employers create value. Employees sell value.
If you increase your value, you increase your leverage. I told him further, You don’t quit your job to “go find yourself.” You build value where you are. Even in your current role, you can: Improve your skills, Improve the structure, Improve your output, Become indispensable
I called his name and said there’s enough money in this world. But money flows toward value. Look at footballers. Transfer fees don’t skyrocket because of sympathy. They rise because of value.
By and large, earlier this year, he won Best Staff of 2025. He came to me and said, “Boss, thank you.”
That’s when he understood: Being busy isn’t the same as being valuable. 😎
I was really happy for him and even more happy for myself cause I'm just a life learner, a young strategic businessman and and a fashionista out here trying to advise some there and truthfully, I’m still learning myself. Still building. Still increasing my own value.🫡
