#NARUCAnnual21 #TxTaskforce Stanek @MarylandPSC : Some state views on #transmission driven by need to integrate renewables, other by need to improve reliability of aging #electric #transmission infrastructure. About 70% of #transmission system is 50+ years old. 2/4
