Very hard luck day for me today. As per my risk limits, I could take only 2 trades today with decent allocation. #SYRMA was a go-in setup for me, so I took it. Between #UBRANCO and #YASHO, I chose #UBRANCO because of its almost 1-year IPO base. #YASHO was actually my favourite flag setup, but I had to pick one. And of course… #YASHO decided to blast 13% today while #UBRANCO stayed almost at cost. I've been experimenting with intraday for the last few months with very small position sizes, as I don't have a proper intraday system yet and am still learning. Currently, I'm mainly trying it out in fresh IPOs. Today, I bought #MOLBIO at 1055 with a huge 33% position. The size was mainly because the risk was very small only 5 points, translating to around 0.2% PF risk. I was also planning to carry at least half the position forward to CNC if the trade worked in my favour. Once the trade moved 2R, I shifted the SL to breakeven. Eventually, the SL got hit and I closed the entire 33% position. And then… #MOLBIO blasted nearly 12% from my buy level. Could've been a 6% PF impact. Could I have handled it differently? Obviously. But that's hindsight talking, and hindsight is always a billionaire.😂 Easy to say after the fact.😅 Part and parcel of the game. Market gave me a small reality check today. Moving on to the next trade.🫡
