#UpperAllyn - the Westpac #RescueHelicopter conducted a #winch rescue of a man caught in turbulent water at Ladies Well. He was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital #Newcastle. Well done to bystanders who pulled him from the water and commenced CPR until #EmergencyServices arrived.

The Westpac #RescueHelicopter was tasked late this afternoon to a person pulled unconscious from a watering hole at #LadiesWell, #UpperAllyn north of #Gresford. The gentleman was stabilised by the #Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team and airlifted direct to John Hunter Hospital
