Former Senatobia cop Foster who killed Kohen Wiley had 2 previous lawsuits for excessive force, one of them also mentioning that he exaggerated the threat by the vehicle he stepped in front of. Two Black men sued him for “viciously and repeatedly beating” them and claimed that Foster “conspired to charge them with crimes they did not commit” in a Waffle House parking lot in 2019 (video enclosed below). A second lawsuit was filed by Katherine Jefferson (race unverified) who claimed that on 8/26/2022, they “tased her multiple times,” “stomped on her face breaking her jaw” and “knocked out multiple teeth” during a traffic stop. https://t.co/1CHj1qsMJ9 https://t.co/ywcvs6R1rm

"It was a HATE CRIME," the family says. A Black father and son got into an argument with a man at an Omaha gas station. In the parking lot, he started screaming: "Do you want to f***ing die? Look at me!" According to the affidavit, he told them: "You wanna get shot? You're in West O now." Prosecutors say he then opened fire. Police say one of the victims is believed to be permanently PARALYZED. The family says it's the father, 48, and that his 23-year-old son was shot in the liver. "My dad was a hero that night," his daughter said. She says he went for the gun to protect his son. The family believes he targeted them because they're Black. "He had no reason to do this." David Seyler, 31, faces six felony charges, including assault, terroristic threats and weapons charges. Bond is $750,000, and prosecutors say the charges carry up to 205 years. Back in March, he was sentenced to 48 days in jail after a strangulation case ended in a misdemeanor conviction. So why was he still carrying a gun?

Family of Antonio Garza, killed by police in 2023 during mental health crisis near his home was just awarded almost $52 million. The case is described below. Name: Antonio Garza Jr. Age: 44 Gender: Male Race: Latino Date: 02/05/2023 Location: Interstate 10 near Whitewater, Palm Springs area City: Palm Springs County: Riverside State: California Agency: San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Officer(s): Bill Abernathy; Nicholas Kridner Cause of Death: Gunshot Event: Killed by police following vehicle pursuit during mental health crisis On 02/05/2023, Antonio Garza Jr., 44, was killed by San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies following a 35-minute vehicle pursuit that began at his Yucca Valley residence. Deputies responded to a reported arson, although his family's attorneys maintained he was legally burning personal belongings on his own property. Garza, who was experiencing a mental health crisis, fled in his vehicle. The pursuit ended near Interstate 10 in the Palm Springs area, where Garza fled on foot. Deputies chased him for approximately two minutes. Police claimed Garza raised a golf club toward a deputy before deputies Bill Abernathy and Nicholas Kridner opened fire. A privately commissioned autopsy documented 12 gunshot wounds, including wounds to his back and wounds inflicted while he was on the ground. Neither deputy was wearing a body camera, but a passing motorist recorded part of the confrontation. On 10/22/2026, following a seven-day federal civil trial, a unanimous jury awarded Garza's family $51.8 million, finding the deputies liable for his death. The verdict included $10 million in punitive damages. Evidence presented during the trial revealed that Garza had previously been declared incompetent to stand trial and had been released from jail just 12 days before his death. His family said they had repeatedly sought mental health treatment for him without success. The sheriff's department maintained that the deputies' actions were justified and said both had previously been cleared of criminal liability by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. Garza's family is now calling on California Attorney General Rob Bonta to pursue criminal charges. The county is considering an appeal. A passenger pointed at people on a Delta flight at JFK and yelled the N-word as police walked him off the plane... ...and he wanted it filmed. "Put it on Instagram!" Sources told the NY Post he was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Delta says it has "zero tolerance for disruptive behavior." The flight left 45 minutes late. He asked for an audience. The whole plane clapped when he left.

A retired NYPD detective was arrested after he killed a man (Koran Irvine, pictured below) in a road rage shooting on the George Washington Bridge... but the murder charge was downgraded to a manslaughter. Victor Romero, 62, shot and killed Koran Irvine, a 46-year-old father of 2 and Con Ed worker, in cold blood on the streets of New York... but that's manslaughter? A dangerous thug murdered an innocent man in a crazed fit of road rage, and it's fucking "manslaughter." Are you kidding me? If this isn't the judicial system showing preferential treatment, then I don't know what is. I also want to add that Romero fled the scene and left Irvine to die. That shows a clear intent to kill. Any DA can hit that lay-up like it's nothing. Easy murder conviction. This is outrageous. Retired cops can't be slaughtering people on a public thoroughfare and just NOT be charged with murder. Koran Irvine deserves justice. RIP Koran Irvine 💔

Last year, Trump invited Conor McGregor to the White House… after the MMA wrestler raped a woman so brutally that her tampon had to be surgically removed. A forensic examiner testified this in court, and McGregor was found GUILTY of rape by a 12-person jury. Oh, AND a paramedic who examined her testified that she "had not seen a patient as bruised as her in a long time." SOMEHOW, THIS QUALIFIED HIM FOR A TRUMP WHITE HOUSE VISIT. Birds of a feather 🪶
