Great to be back in #WiddenPrimary for #activelunchtimes! A child was unsure about joining in and told me she only speaks Spanish. We mimed playing tag and her face lit up as she exclaimed 'pilla pilla' which is the Spanish phrase for the game! 🇪🇸 @TNLComFund #Play2Nurture

“This is the best day ever again!” Direct quote from one of our lunchtime players at #WiddenPrimary when they saw us bringing chalk onto the playground. There was experimentation with water, tree rubbings and plenty of #active games! @TNLComFund #Play2Nurture #PlayWorkWorks

My farewell with huge thanks to Tim Cooper, Head of #Gloucester’s most diverse school, #WiddenPrimary, for 20 years. An outstanding Head who led with warmth, energy & conviction to give pupils their best future. Staff & parents all paid tribute to him (see my FB video on Mon)
