Today I hugged my grandson as he returned from grammar school. I held him tight and thank god for bringing him home safely. My prayers are with the parents of those little children who were killed today in the Nashville school shootings. They didn’t get to hug their kids. 🙏 🤗🤗

Thinking of my grandmother Corinna Garrity, who passed away Monday, on this #IWD. For almost her entire career, she was the ONLY woman employed at the Great Northern Paper Co. in northern Maine. She was so proud and paved the way for many women after her. ❤️

Today is #PancreaticCancer Awareness Day. I lost my mom in 2017 to the terrible disease. I wish we’d known some of the classic symptoms early on — many do not, which makes pancreatic the third deadliest cancer.
