The ELLE collaboration is alive and well. The strategic work is done. Alignment is intact. Communication remains active and constructive between all parties involved.

The remaining step is capital-related and timing-driven... not performance-driven, not diligence-driven, and not a reflection of any issue with the Company or the partnership. These things happen in real-world dealmaking, especially at this stage.
