@Brez642@katie_honan if you visit Rome they are for sale basically everywhere, increasing in density the closer you get to the Vatican. this sounds like a shitpost but it is not.
@HibikiAfterDark@OmegaShinku@Chord4Five they do, but the creature dies at the same time (when state based actions are checked), and the trigger looks back to the counters it had before it died (otherwise it would never work)
@totallynotbot89@mweinbach because prior to now these companies (either implicitly or explicitly) rewarded spending huge token budgets and someone finally realized this is completely untenable in the long term
@Zerodaim@Zlengamera@MelinShioto@UsagiKaede1 106.12. To "tap [a permanent] for mana" is to activate a mana ability of that permanent that includes the {T} symbol in its activation cost. See rule 605, "Mana Abilities."
you're activating the ability once regardless of how many times you tap to do it.
@Zerodaim@Zlengamera@MelinShioto@UsagiKaede1 buddy I literally cited the rule that says that abilities that trigger when a permanent is tapped for mana triggers when the ability resolves, and it resolves only once.
@Zlengamera@Zerodaim@MelinShioto@UsagiKaede1 Yep:
106.12a. An ability that triggers whenever a permanent "is tapped for mana" or is tapped for mana of a specified type triggers whenever such a mana ability resolves and produces mana or the specified type of mana.
@GuI_Dukat@siziyman As of the most recent public colour pie update, looting isn't in our for red. The last red looting card in a standard set was in Ixalan. https://t.co/wuJIbJMblE
This reminds me of my semi-annual question to showcase how little people understand about being poor, let's try it again:
If you woke up homeless, hungry, with $20 to your name, and had none of the connections you have now, how would you get off the streets?
