@kasujja I have been complaining to @UCC_Official and @UCC_ED which doesn’t seem to care about those with no known position. I am glad you are speaking about this.
Something is fundamentally off with @mtnug data. Something is wrong at @mtnug and requires an urgent intervention. In the meantime, what is @UCC_Official saying about these complaints?
The issues coming out now at @mtnug have been slowly manifesting in the way @mtnug data has been running. For us who have been long standing customers, we knew something is wrong with our provider.
It appears these issues cut across Africa. I’ve seen Nigerians complain as well.
How can @mtnug shutdown million of users for an entire day with no prior communication, not concern and care shown.
Billions and billions of losses for people and businesses. What does @UCC_Official@UCC_ED say about this kind of negligence and disservice?
Well…instead of calling it like the Gentiles do; “National Cake” why don’t we adopt a better and meaningful term like “National Seed.”
This gives it a more reasonable purpose, not for eating & wasting rather for sowing more seed.
We must do away with diverted language.
This is the energy and zeal it takes to change the Gentile ways of our people.
Or even more. This is how our country has sunk. The DISO endeavoured to undo what a whole SPA did.
@nbstv Whewww, finally this madness at some traffic lights can end. I think the most irritating of all of them is Ntinda traffic lights. How can some people blatantly decide to sabotage the entire country. How?
@mkainerugaba@idringp Honest self-inventory is very critical especially at this stage of formation. PLU needs a code book that’s like no other. Because destiny and mandate of UG is not only for the region / continent but for the whole world.
It’s possible to create a country that’s free of Gentiles.
@AndrewMwenda@hkashillingi@KagutaMuseveni I read the article, I frankly don’t think you need to visit some of these people to understand their performance or impact. You can use statistical data available at National Planning Authority, IGG reports etc.
I know one whose Business Plan changes every budgeting cycle.
At State House Entebbe, I met Mr. Nick Checker, the Senior Bureau Official in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of African Affairs, who is representing President Donald Trump at tomorrow’s swearing-in ceremony, together with his delegation.
I emphasized the need for value addition and industrialisation across Africa. We cannot continue exporting raw materials such as coffee, oil and minerals without processing them. Value addition is crucial for expanding Africa’s GDP, creating jobs and increasing the purchasing power of our people.
I welcome him to Uganda and wish him a fruitful stay.

X Help: Who is representing
Uganda at @africaceoforum happening right now? Why does Uganda seem dissected from these spaces and conversations yet at its core is pro-Africa and strives to contribute or spearhead African Union? Whyyy? @Odrek_Rwabwogo @andrewrugasira@AndrewMwenda
Update: Council members still holed up in closed-door talks. (Photo from earlier.)
Key issues on the table:
1. Whether to hold the ULS JSC rep election in two weeks (as proposed by the VP)
2. Whether to allow fresh nominations (as proposed by @Naggwano ) or proceed with the current list.
Wasn’t this the address where the Country Uganda was supposed to get an update about the money, over 60 billion Uganda Shillings siphoned from the Bank of Uganda?
Oba banna Uganda bali mu kulya e mbizi!
