@unfortunate_grr The Warranty Department email is [email protected]. Include your complete contact info, the full 17-digit vin# of trailer, pictures of the issue(s) and copy of paid receipts. I cannot guarantee the claim will be covered, but it will be reviewed.

@unfortunate_grr You wouldnโt necessarily have to bring the trailer back to the dealer. However, it is the selling dealerโs responsibility to notify Haulmark of any warrantable issues & request repair authorization. If a warranty claim is deemed valid, they will work with you..
@unfortunate_grr I'm sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your Haulmark trailer. Have you contacted your selling dealer? That is the first and best step to getting your issues resolved. If necessary, they can file a warranty claim. I hope this helps.
@FX_247 Unfortunately we don't currently have any dealerships in the UK. You would have to work through a dealer here in the US and have a unit shipped overseas.
