3️⃣ Dissents likely Miran & Waller want cuts. Fed is actually divided

4️⃣ Kevin Warsh nomination heads to Senate new Fed era incoming so Q&A will be focused on this

5️⃣ Cuts pushed to Sept at earliest. "Higher for longer" is back on the table which is not good for SPY
