September is National Library Card Sign Up Month! The HC library is encouraging all Hawks to get their own Olathe Public Library Card! There will be a drawing for prize baskets... enter by showing your OPL Card or filling out an application!

Our first full week back in the Havencroft Library has passed, and the year is off to a great start. I was so glad to see everyone again and watch books go home in the hands of our Hawks! Have a MONSTROUSLY Marvelous school year!

I want to wish a job well done to our Battle of the Books teams at Havencroft. Our school champions, the Page Raiders, did battle with Briarwood & Blackbob, and put in a valiant effort. Good job Page Raiders! We are now looking for 3rd & 4th graders to fill next year's teams!

So excited for our Author visit with Bridget Heos @bridgetheos tomorrow! Kindergarten made "Mustache Kindergarteners" in art class in honor of the visit!
