It's Children's Hospice Week! Precious memories are often made in the simplest moments - a celebration, time spent together, a milestone, a smile shared.
Today this year's theme is - A journey to precious memories - discover your local children's hospice.

[Haven House @HavenHouseCH]

We support seriously ill children and their families through specialist care, therapeutic support and opportunities to spend meaningful time together. We believe in adding life to years, not just years to life, helping families navigate the challenges of serious illness.

[Haven House @HavenHouseCH]

As Volunteers’ Week comes to a close, we want to thank the incredible individuals who generously give their time to support us.

To all our volunteers, thank you for helping us create moments that matter for the children and families we care for.
