@AskLandsEnd Thank you for your reply. I understand the policy on holiday promotions. What I don't understand is Customer Support telling me I would receive the refund. If I hadn't been told that, I would have cancelled my order and reordered at the lower price. I lost money as a result.

Just had a very bad experience with @LandsEnd . In November, customer service told me they would honor their price adjustment policy (https://t.co/D2XuBDWTVl). Today they said they won't and it is too late for me to get the better price. They just lost my business. Beware all!
