@AmazonHelp So, this morning I open my email to find a message from amazon saying you have reviewed my account and I have had “a high number of refunds”. Well yes for 2 items stolen in transit and one of these 2 refunds for the same item now! What does this email mean?

@AmazonUK a hight value item was stolen in your supply chain and a substitute delivered. Every CC person I spoke to says something diffrent. A refund was given but has now been recharged. CC still not helping. It’s a mess and you have £800 of ly money. Can you help?

@AmazonHelp Now you sent me an email asking for details when I returned the item, and your web site says your waiting for it to be returned. Can I speak with anyone on this? Tomorrow is fine but CC are clearly not capable,

@AmazonHelp I was advised not to return anything as I could not return the (stolen) item on the order. then a currier arrived so I sent him away and called back. Then I was advised to return the substitute item which I did. Then yesterday you recharged the refund.
