Answer: No One... because you're not!

If you as an individual personally do not wish to utilize AI for any aspect of your Vtuber model, that is your decision and YOURS ALONE. You are not any kind of authority for Vtubers and you damn sure aren't someone who has any right to tell any Vtuber how to run THEIR stream!

And by the way, your entire statement isn't very inclusive of you. Why are "pre-debut Vtubers, PNGTubers, Vtubers that use customizable models, and Vtubers that use pre-made models" considered "Vtubers", but ones that use AI for the generation for personalized, entry-level models not? So you're technophobic?

By your own words from a previous post you made 1 day ago, you yourself said "I don't have to agree with you to treat you with respect." Your statement in and of itself is being disrespectful because you are telling anyone that uses AI to create their model that you do not respect them because you disagree with their decision to do so.
