Ratayvius Jackson, a member of the Track & Field team & an Interdisciplinary Studies major, said his favorite part of his time at Shorter was going to Nationals. Very few people get the opportunity, & he was excited he can say he got to experience track at that level. #SUForward

Rome, GA native Madison McGinnis is an Elementary Education & Special Education major. After graduation, she is getting married and will be teaching Special Education in Moultrie, GA. “Shorter's School of Education has been such a blessing in my life." #SUForward

Ivan Nunez, a member of the Baseball team and a General Business major, recalls best memories from baseball, including post-game celebrations to series sweeps in the clubhouse or on the bus on the way back to campus. #SUForward

Marketing major Marie Williams from Dunwoody, GA has served as the Delight Ministries Director and a peer tutor. She plans to work in retail store management in the Atlanta area, while she starts her online MBA program at Louisiana State University in Fall 2020. #SUForward

Shorter’s Online Human Services Program was named “Best Christian University” in a ranking by Intelligent.

Also, Shorter’s Online Sport Management Degree Program ranked No. 2 in a ranking of the Top 101 Online Sport Management degrees in the country by Intelligent.

Alabama native & Pre-Physical Therapy major Cason Roberson said, “the most fun I've had at Shorter is cheering on our Hawks at football games & representing Shorter at the UCA College Cheerleading Nationals. He plans to get a master’s in Kinesiology & attend PT school. #SUForward

Terrance Snellings, team captain for Football and a Computer Information Systems major, plans to pursue a position in the Technical Field, with a goal of using his technology degree to work in Security in the Medical Field. #SUForward

Lizzy Thain, a nursing major from Athens, GA, has served as an RA for residence life and as the president for the Shorter Student Nursing Association. She is also a leader for The Table and plans to work as a nurse at Floyd Medical Center. #SUForward

Anna Reeves, a music major from Woodstock, GA, has been involved in the Shorter Chorale and the Band. She is looking forward to marrying her best friend & moving to North Carolina, where her husband will be a youth pastor. She is excited to see what God has in store! #SUForward

Today’s #SUForward post celebrates Tyler Pullum being a finalist for the GSC Commissioner’s Award. The Middle Grades Math & History grad maintained a 4.0 GPA through college, had more than 30 career starts on the football field, & volunteered on & off-campus. Great job, Tyler!
