@northernassist so my refund request was denied because my train apparently arrived on time. The only issue was that it was cancelled and we were booted off halfway through the journey 😂

@tfwrail so you cancelled at 5 carriage train at Crewe and instead use the 3 carriage train that’s already full of people? Why not use the bigger train.

@tfwrail 14:12 Crewe to Cardiff. They moved the 5 car train out the way and used the incoming 3 car for the 15:12 train. There is barely any room to stand.
