@MlsTyrone @OldassinNemo @ColoradoRapids You can file paperwork with USCIS depending on the visa. He’s prob on a P1 visa so he can do an Adjustment of Status and gain residency. Or if he’s spending lots of money he can do the gold card/Trump card, where he can pay 1mil for LPR status.
