Employers in Lagos need to understand that the rate of traffic congestion has increased significantly over the years compared to the last 5 years and there are a lot of factors causing it.

I officially close by 5:00pm but still manage to get home by 7:30 pm feeling exhausted and hungry. The vicious cycle continues except on weekends.

My proposed solution:

1. Remote work
2. Working at annex office closest to the employees.
