PRANAYAMA — The Pause Between Body & Mind 🧘♂️
The world thinks peace comes from silence.
Ancient yogis knew better.
Peace comes from the breath.
Not from escaping life,
but from mastering the pause between inhale and exhale.
That pause is called Pranayama.
It is the moment where the body stops talking
and the mind finally listens.
In Sanatan wisdom, breath is not just air —
it is Prana, the life-force that moves the universe itself.
When breath is restless, the mind is chaotic.
When breath becomes steady, the mind surrenders.
That’s why sages didn’t teach motivation.
They taught breathing.
Pranayama is not exercise.
It is command.
Command over fear.
Command over anger.
Command over wandering thoughts.
Modern science now says what yogis said thousands of years ago: 👉 Slow breathing rewires the nervous system
👉 It heals trauma stored in the body
👉 It brings clarity without effort
But there’s a deeper truth they won’t tell you:
When you control the breath,
you step out of time.
The past loosens its grip.
The future loses its power.
All that remains is awareness.
That is why yogis look timeless.
That is why their presence feels powerful.
That is why silence follows them.
Pranayama is the bridge
between body and consciousness.
Between human and divine.
Between noise
and truth.
Not everyone is ready for it.
Because Pranayama doesn’t give you entertainment.
It gives you yourself.
And that…
is the most dangerous freedom of all.

Breathe consciously. Live consciously.
Shamans say that each person chooses their partners and life companions at one of 7 levels.
The most primitive level is survival:
someone with whom we can maintain the existence and security of the family.
Many couples who have lost love, passion and interest in each other, but live together for the sake of children, descend to this level.
The second level is passion.
This partner can be anyone we want sexually.
The third level is the common.
This is not just a person with whom we enjoy having sex, but someone with whom we have common interests, values or material benefits.
The fourth level is feelings.
These are couples that are created by the call of the heart or, as they say, by love. Many people think that this is the limit of a relationship, but this is not so.
The fifth level is joint self-expression.
This is a relationship in which people not only love each other, but can engage in joint activities or creativity.
The sixth level is development.
This is a choice of the person with whom you are on the path. Each of us has our own path
and life task. Choosing a person with similar challenges to yours makes it much easier to learn life lessons.
The seventh is spiritual.
This is a union of people close in spirit. Such couples are few.
The old saying goes: There are no enemies, no friends, there are only teachers.
And Stay With Love and Understanding.

@ATRightMovies If you talk about the greatest plot twist, then it should be this moment from "Psycho" (1960).
It's in the climax, and those who haven't watched this movie should not watch this clip being a spoiler..
