The solar industry has concluded they have a "PR problem" this week.

It turns out forcing solar complexes into rural communities isn't exactly popular with Americans. Who could have guessed it?

As the solar salesmen said: "We have a problem with local pushback and rural groups organizing too effectively."

They're proposing a fee for every solar panel that would pool money into a "PR fund." A board of renewable energy salesmen would use that money to invest in PR campaigns (brainwashing campaigns) designed to change public sentiment.

Instead of admitting siting these complexes against the will of everyone in an American town might not be the best way to go about this... they'd rather raise even more money to force it on you.

If you think any of this is about saving the environment, you need to go for a very long walk today.

One thing is for certain: covering the evils of the global solar industry on social media has these executives mad. Keep commenting, sharing, and documenting your own experience around these ecological detention centers.

Spotted in Kingsbury, New York, another stack of broken panels, sitting out in the open next to a solar complex.

When panels are broken in this way, lead, silver, cadmium, tin, and zinc leach out of them onto the soil below. They also drop microplastics, glass shards (pictured below), and PFAS (forever chemicals).

Since the complexes are installed with out-of-state, and as we saw in Western New York this week, out-of-country labor, the workers are not concerned with environmental contamination at the worksite.

There is no regulatory body monitoring the installation of these solar complexes in Upstate New York. It's a free-for-all, equipped with green energy subsidies, credits, and foreign corporations.

This is what it gets you. The destruction of our rural way of life in real-time while panels poison prime farmland or animal habitat.

The power doesn't stay local (if it's even tied-in at all). Property values surrounding the complex go down. Taxes go up to make-up for the hundreds of acres taken out of the property tax roll.

This must end.

This is what happens when a state panders to "green" virtue-signaling pushed by paid-off politicians as opposed to concrete grid updates that provide reliable power.

Why is this happening?

Dispatchable plants are retiring faster than firm replacements are coming online. The reality is that older fossil fuel plants (especially peakers and gas units) are being retired or restricted. Nuclear losses (like Indian Point Energy Center) removed a large block of always-on power.

The "replacement" system is not fully built, and the pathetic amount of energy generated by commercial solar and wind is intermittent at best.

Since commercial solar and wind is so intermittent, the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) gives them a lower “capacity value” in reliability planning.

Here you have NYISO admitting solar and wind are not fixes for our state's grid... yet you have our state's governor and extremist politicians that have our legislature held hostage pushing the "idea" of green energy while the grid falls apart.

At the same time, the delivery charge on your electricity bill? It's being used to socialize the failed rollout of solar and wind. They are doing everything they can to try and hide that commercial solar will NEVER be a reliable investment in our New York grid. And you're paying for it!

The result? Our New York grid is in a precarious position and it's entirely the fault of the politicians, the 2019 Climate Act, and the one-party rule that has plummeted Albany into a pit of back-door deals with foreign renewable corporations.
