Unique Ford Sierra Cosworth!

This car was modified for Duckhams’ 90s adverts, with Perspex panels on the bonnet showing off the cutaway engine.

But the real surprise is in the boot - where there's a VW flat-4 engine, mounted on a custom frame, which actually powers the car!

This is no ordinary Ford Sierra Cosworth!

Duckhams Oils turned it into a driveable cutaway car, with a laser-cut rear VW flat-four engine exposing its inner workings and manual gearbox. It was in a 1991 TV campaign and later became part of the Haynes Motor Museum collection.

Did you know this interesting fact about the DeLorean? ⚡

The original speedo on the DeLorean only went up to 85mph because of US safety legislation at the time and the speedo for the film had to be specially modified to reach 88mph to allow it to travel through time! 🚀

The Sinclair C5, launched in 1985, was meant to be a revolutionary eco-friendly alternative to cars.

With a top speed of just 15mph, it struggled with performance issues, safety concerns and an instant image problem - ultimately becoming a commercial failure.
