@MBTA don't tell me in 2026 the capacity for someone @ heavy rail dispatch to think critically and make judgement calls to augment absent service by rerouting bunched ashmont trains from Alewife when there has been no Braintree service in over an hour doesn't exist. Do better.

@MBTA I've been standing here at Alewife since I arrived at 7::08 on the 350. Approximately 5-6 ashmont trains have come and gone. I work in Quincy Center, not a single dispatcher has re-routed any of the abundant ashmont trains and yet another Ashmont's arrived just now at 8 am

@MBTA How is this lack of engaged transit asset mgmt acceptable? Earlier this week, everyone's kicked off at park, sent to JFK/UMass...no communication, no shuttles for 40 minutes Engage with Keolis to have a southbound commuter train stop to pick up passengers.

@MBTA I used to drive for the MBTA, former Bennet/N.cambridge operator here; in my day inspectors worked w/ dispatch to reroute trains to minimize gaps in service. The winter storm was last weekend, get it together. The constant interruptions are impacting peoples paychecks

@MBTA Not fair to compare MBTA to NYs MTA, but I've had to disembark more going-out-of-service trains/my commute's been interrupted in the last year alone than in my previous 4 decades riding all MTA's services combined. Today's Red Line escapade? Just another brick in the wall🤷‍���️

@MBTA let it not be said I just complain; just boarded the red line inbound @ South Station, had a wonderful interaction with Eric, the T worker who waves a flashlight at the subway driver from the platform; our interaction? He's a gentleman. Polite, friendly, helpful. Thank you!

@MBTA This was just this morning, 01/16/2025. Sorry, I was so upset I think I wrote like "01/01”. I used to be a trackless trolley driver out of N. Cambridge and want to be sympathetic to a fellow 589; I know the public will tweet over stupid stuff but this was really beyond the pale.

@MBTA at the Mass Ave @ Avon stop for the 350 inbound to Alewife, time is 7:37 am 01/01,25, 350 made a rolling "non"-stop, didn't even hesitate as we stood at the curb, barely pressed the brakes and sped away. Multiple people here who needed that bus.

@MBTA as a former Mbta driver I am sympathetic to the ordeal of bus drivers, but the 7:36 inbound 350 barely doing a split-second pause at the Arlington Avon stop this morning when we were all standing with our wallets ready...Tell them to switch to decaf and to show more care.

@MBTA I used to drive for the T out of Bennet/N Cambridge. Never refused a passenger in Harvard lower busway if they needed to get up to Eliot St @ Bennet st. I missed my bus connection this morning because a driver refused to let me board. Is this how the T is operated now? Sad!

@MassDCR muddy river project in Back Bay fens should be nearing completion. Agassiz road was "temporarily" closed, but now Army Corp of Engineers reports Agassiz was returned to sponsors/permanently closed at direction of DCR. Permanent closure was not what was originally planned
