Here, I want to point out something that I find really disappointing about KMA @2023KMC

There was a change in the total vote count shown in the final results of Round 1 voting. Initially, KMA displayed 125,052 votes in the Popular Song category and 183,151 votes in the Male Group category. However, after some time, the numbers shown on the website changed and the vote counts actually decreased. (6000–8000 votes is A LOT!!!)

This happened to all groups to some extent, but TXT's vote count dropped by a much larger amount, as shown in the image below. That's honestly frustrating because collecting hearts across multiple apps and accs is not easy at all. And also a single vote already requires a lot of effort, so seeing thousands of votes suddenly disappear is really disappointing.

We contacted KMA about this issue, but the explanation we received was simply that it was caused by a website error. While we understand that technical issues can happen, this response doesn't really make any sense. If it was just a website error, why did TXT lose such a significant number of votes compared to others? When we asked for more clarification, we didn't receive a clear explanation.

What's even more disappointing is that this isn't the first issue fans have noticed during Round 1. There were already problems with TXT's ranking not being updated properly for a period of time, which caused a lot of confusion among us before.
