You fans arguing Bruno vs. Ronaldo are exactly the type the media loves to manipulate. I’m not even expecting a goal fest from Ronaldo this tournament he’s got nothing left to prove to anyone. What I’d like to see? Bruno breaking assist records, to finally silence some of the noise.
But let���s be real: some of you are so desperate to hype up Bruno that you’re ruining Ronaldo’s Man United legacy in the process. That doesn’t help Bruno’s case at all especially when, at the end of the day, there’s not much silverware to show for it. Assists are great for his personal stats, but last I checked, assists don’t fill the club’s trophy cabinet.
If Bruno leaves tomorrow, the only trophy you can really remember him for is that FA Cup. Let that sink in.
