@TigheSammy The art style, concept of elemental animals etc are not copyrightable. The game can be incredibly similar to Pokémon without any problems. Unless they actively ripped off models or art directly (which is difficult to prove) then they are fine.

@willygiraffe @wanttobuyavon @TigheSammy Whether or not it is a parody doesn't matter. The vast majority of a game can't be copyrighted in the way we might understand an image to be copyrighted. Unless you can prove they were actively stealing and tweaking models or stole code there isn't much you can do legally.
