@blacks_online absolutely appalling customer service. Nearly 2 weeks and I'm still waiting my refund. Sent proof it's been returned and the problem is with the courier company but still no refund.
Has put me off purchasing any else from you

Was driver availability the cause for the same bus not turning up yesterday?
Surely if there is an issue with driver availability the company should be aware of this an update customers accordingly?
@keighleybus@MetroTravelNews I've finally got on the bus nearly 40 minutes late and the driver simply shrugged and said that this is the 7.59 and they had a problem.
Surely your drivers should make you aware of issues so you can update travelers? Second day in a row I've been very late for work.
@keighleybus@MetroTravelNews You might want to tell your driver that you're stopping at all stops in Rodley. Coming from leeds he decided to go round the roundabout and up to Horsfoth.
@keighleybus@MetroTravelNews I am going from Leeds to Rodley. The 12.45 did not show, the 13.15 did not show and there is no update on the app - unable to track or see where the buses are.
Please do you have an update as to when the next bus will leave Leeds bus station.
@keighleybus just wondering where the 16.30 number 60 from leeds to keighley is please? Just seen a 60 pull up and park at the waiting bay but no sign of the 16.30. That's 3 times recently the bus has been very late. Once over an hour!
