The local Truist branch has been supportive and tried to help escalate the case, but we are still stuck in the process. They also confirmed that they can’t issue the type of letter The Fraud Department is requesting neither

These funds are working capital for a business project and the delay is creating real hardship.

I provided a bank statement and contact information to verify the transaction, but the request keeps repeating.

However, the fraud department keeps requesting a letter from Bank of America confirming the check is valid. I visited Bank of America twice and the manager confirmed they cannot issue this type of letter.

I funded the account with a personal check from Bank of America. The account was later closed and I was told the funds would be returned.
