RE: URGENT REQUEST FOR THE PROTECTION OF KENYAN FOUNDERS FROM EMOTIONAL INSTABILITY
Dear Hon. Kabogo,

I write to your office as a deeply concerned Kenyan founder whose ability to contribute meaningfully to the country's digital economy is increasingly being threatened by circumstances beyond his control.

We have worked tirelessly at Reduzer Technologies to build the infrastructure and relationships necessary to connect Kenyan software developers to the global market. Through Reduzer Technologies Training Institute, we are now preparing young Kenyans to compete with the best engineering talent anywhere in the world.

We are doing all this from a part of Kenya where building a technology company is already difficult enough. The sacrifices are enormous, the financial pressures are relentless, and the expectations placed upon us as founders are almost unreasonable.

Honourable CS, surely we cannot be expected to carry all these responsibilities while simultaneously managing political instability within our own hearts.

The recent resignation of my CS for Defence has created an unprecedented constitutional and emotional crisis within my administration. I therefore wish to propose the establishment of a National Founders' Emotional Stability Fund, to provide financial assistance and institutional protection to founders experiencing emotional turbulence.

Kenya cannot afford to have its most ambitious builders spending valuable engineering hours trying to understand whatever this is. The future of our digital economy depends on the stability of those building it.
