Hindu minorities in Bangladesh are facing a sharp rise in violent attacks, with yet another Hindu home set on fire in Sylhet’s Gowainghat upazila.

The targeted house belonged to schoolteacher Birendra Kumar Dey, whose family narrowly escaped as flames engulfed their home—a video of the incident has since gone viral on social media.

Local reports indicate this is the ninth such attack on Hindus in just 24 days, revealing a terrifying pattern of intimidation and violence.

Under the Muhammad Yunus-led interim government, attacks on Hindu homes, lives, and properties are drawing global criticism from rights groups.

This act is not just theft-it is a hateful crime aimed at Hindu students, showing deep disrespect and disregard for their beliefs and values. In Sanskrit, *Murti* refers to a form that helps us focus, reflect, and find calm through contemplation and prayer. These Murtis are central to our spiritual practice and sense of peace.

Did you know that the BBC brought in the malicious Hindus for Human Rights group to represent the Hindu voice on their Sunday Morning Live program to discuss the Hindu view on the government's proposal to create a special council for Islamophobia.

The very same "Hindus" for Human Rights that have not spoken a word against the ongoing persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh, let alone anywhere else.

True to their anti-Hindu propaganda, it took him no time to smear the Hindu community with the usual anti-Hindu tropes and baseless accusations.
