// If someone were to - you know - make an active Glenn and write with me on @WidowedHeart then I wouldn’t complain. 😂

@MaknaeRhee < to study his little brother’s face, Glenn pulled back from the hug and gripped onto Dan’s arms. He looked well, very healthy considering the world they were inhabiting.

[𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐞 @HeadBashed]

@MaknaeRhee His concern had only ever been to get back to his wife because never would he have imagined that his baby brother was still living, and by some miracle, so close to his group.

Arms draped easily around the youngest Rhee, and eventually words found him. “Dan - how?”

In order >

Smug Glenn is smug.

He gets to take this woman to bed every night.

[𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐞 @HeadBashed]

“Hey @widowsacrifice ...

I love you.”

@HILLTOPSSAVIOR < Maggie once.

“Mags..”

[𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐞 @HeadBashed]

@HILLTOPSSAVIOR Approaching Hilltop, Glenn knew almost immediately that the woman before him up on the tower was his wife. Her distinctive beauty, unmatched by any other, was clear to see.

Tears stung his eyes as he sped up to a jog to cross the distance quicker, never taking his eyes off >

Something in her little voice told him there was more to her story, but he didn’t question any more as he made his way towards the tower with her.

[𝓁𝓊𝒸𝓎 𝑔𝓇𝒶𝓎 @snakesandsongs]

“Um, yes.”

She replied.

She wasn’t going to volunteer the information that she snuck up there.

[𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐞 @HeadBashed]

@MaknaeRhee < sibling spoke, and dark, tear filled eyes raised to meet those of his younger brother.

Words were just inadequate at that moment, and so he stepped forward shakily, unsure of his next move.

[𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐞 @HeadBashed]

@MaknaeRhee < to find her gone was almost worse than being apart for all this time, but he had to try.

Engine sounds gripped his attention, and the man paused on the roadside as the vehicle approached and pulled up beside him.

It was almost immediate, the recognition as the younger >

@widowsacrifice < long and now’s the best chance we’ve got.”

Things were relatively quiet here, the group were safe and the journey wouldn’t actually be too long based on the location Maggie had described to him.

“I love you, and I want to do this with you.”

[𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐞 @HeadBashed]

Although exhaustion had pulled Glenn quickly into a deep sleep, he rested for barely an hour before he found himself waking suddenly, plagued by a nightmare which was all to common these days.

Finding the sleeping woman in his arms slowed his heart rate almost instantly >

[* 𝖒𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐞 @widowsacrifice]

As his breathing slowed, indicating that he'd finally drifted off, she placed a soft kiss on the underside of his jaw– where she could reach– before slowly falling asleep beside him.

Now that he was back, she too could finally relax.

[𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐞 @HeadBashed]

@widowsacrifice The expression that washed across her stunning eyes was all the answer Glenn needed. Right hand reached upward to cup her cheek, thumb brushing over her tender skin.

“We’ll need to plan it. I’ll speak to Rick about borrowing one of the cars but we’ve talked about it for so >
