It's been a great day out for the Year 3 and 4 children today. They loved discovering early inventions at the Folk Museum, explored the current Ai Weiwei exhibition at Kettles Yard and enjoyed a lovely lunch in the sun.

In today's news from Hilltop. The children have continued to have great fun but in slightly less sunny conditions. The instructors are enjoying being with your children too. I probably shouldn't tell you that the girls have blocked a toilet and only had 3 hours sleep! #tomuchfun

Well done to the Year 4 football team who won both of their matches tonight and are through to the final at some point in the coming weeks. They all played brilliantly and should be very proud of themselves.

Paddle boarding on a beautifully calm lake this afternoon. We should be leaving (reluctantly) at 4.30. Expected arrival back at school is 5.15. I'll tweet if any changes to that time look likely.
