Following several months of productive meetings with the City of Norfolk, we have resubmitted our preliminary site plan for the HeadWaters Resort & Casino. Read more about what this means for the exciting future of the project at the link below.

Upon the recommendation of the City of Norfolk, HeadWaters Resort & Casinoโs development team will not present its application for a Development Certificate at the Norfolk ARB meeting today. Instead, the City will meet with the Pamunkey Tribe and its development team tomorrow.

The HeadWaters Resort & Casino is moving along! Following our submittal two weeks ago of our application for a Development Certificate, our project is on the agenda for the Norfolk Architectural Review Board meeting on Monday, July 10th.
