The presentation ended… but that’s when the real conversation began.
The presentation lasted about 30 mins but the questions stayed with me.
Yesterday , I heard things like:
“Coach, I don’t have time to buy fruits.”
“I survive on Indomie after work. What can I replace it with?”
“I leave home before 5am and get back exhausted. How am I supposed to eat healthy?”
These aren’t excuses.
They’re the everyday realities of busy professionals trying to balance work, family, finances, and their health.
I’ve realised that people don’t need more lectures about healthy living.
They need practical solutions that fit the lives they actually live.
That’s why I enjoy these sessions so much. Every question reminds me that behind every health challenge is a real person looking for answers that actually work.
Which of these questions sounds most like you, or what’s one health question you’ve always wanted to ask but never did?
I’d love to hear it. Type it in the comments
Let me pray this for someone out there. It’s not for everyone. “Very soon, those who did not believe in you, and looked down on you, will look up to you.” And when that time comes, instead of paying them back, you will do them good and show mercy”
Hot take:
Building more hospitals alone won't solve Nigeria's healthcare challenges.
We also need to build healthier lifestyles.
Emphasis on lifestyle.
Agree or disagree?
You're looking at giving up
Whereas people are looking at you and receiving hope to push forward

A lot of people have great dreams but fear of failure and uncertainty have held them back from pursuing their dreams.
I'm quite familiar with this because I went through that when I wanted to start a school.
I kept overthinking it, asking what if I fail?👇
@MonisolaAyejoto Especially with jargons in the post just because you are a professional...... You will need to break it down so that people can engage meaningfully.
You are right sis
Before you post on X, I have one request.
Make sure your message is clear.
Sometimes I read a tweet and spend more time trying to figure out what the person meant than actually engaging with the content. 😅
Don't make your audience work that hard. They will lose interest and scroll past.
Clarity is everything.
Have you ever read a tweet three times and still had no idea what it meant? 😂💙
