@FitnessEmpiree I don't skip walking but only do 8.5 to 9k regularly on weekends sometimes I go upto 20k of late I haven't skipped gym either like last 60days walking big part of my recovery. Just try walking after big leg day you know what I'm talking about.

@Devsthetix whenever there is a shoulder press machines i always had best growth may i can go to absolute failure with that with may be with dumbells i couldn't do that.
@Devsthetix its about variation and hitting all the muscles , you can do low weights hit quad, hammy , aductors ,glute ,caves or just go heavy on squat and deadlift once you convention max go sumo deadlift . both did the job for me
