While we fret about so much else, this neglect and abuse has been happening right under our noses for years, in most of our communities across the U.S.

All these middle-class intellectuals sticking up for a regime that imprisoned, raped, tortured and killed its womenfolk for daring to demand the most basic human rights. Will you look at yourselves? Will you look at your own daughters and wives and ask would you tolerate this if it were happening here? Or are you so insulated by your own privilege you think it could never happen to you?

How the New York Times covers a traitor winning medals for our greatest adversary
vs.
How the New York Times covers our boys winning medals for the glory of the U.S.
Just appalling beyond belief.

If you claim to support human rights yet can’t bring yourself to show solidarity with those fighting for their liberty in Iran, you’ve revealed yourself. You don’t give a damn about people being oppressed and brutalised so long as it’s being done by the enemies of your enemies.
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute agrees to pay $15 million to resolve allegations that it made materially false statements and certifications related to NIH research grants, which led to the publishing of misinformation in 14 scientific journal articles.

"Research suggests America is becoming more anti-Semitic because its young people are becoming more anti-Semitic. This finding flies in face of folk wisdom that prejudice is the province of the old and will die out with them. That may be true of some bigotries, but anti-Semitism is not one of them."
Every time something like this happens, I have a flash of naivety sweep through me. "This will be the last straw. They'll stop pretending there's no problem now. Surely they can't just do "don't look back in anger again"" etc.
Just watch. It'll be the same as every other time.
As Minnesota uncovers fraud or waste across state-funded programs, there’s another major area taxpayers must scrutinize: the millions flowing to large “non-profits” whose executives earn $300k–$575k+ while holding major state and county contracts.
This is public money — and it’s time to look closely at where it’s really going.
Nexus Family Healing: CEO compensation around $575k, with multiple executives earning in the high six figures. Yet counties and the state continue contracting with them despite ongoing concerns about oversight and performance.

We need rigorous risk assessment tied to these contracts.
Lutheran Social Service (LSS): another massive publicly funded vendor with significant executive pay. At a time when Minnesota is questioning huge contracts in multiple state programs, who is validating LSS’s contract deliverables, outcomes, and billing? 990s: https://t.co/pkZIIk211d
Where is the transparency?
Minnesota has already acknowledged serious gaps in program integrity, redaction practices, and even missing/deleted documents during internal “migrations.” So how are taxpayers supposed to trust that nonprofit contracts are being reviewed honestly, consistently, or at all?
We’ll be taking a much deeper look into Nexus, LSS, and other major state-funded nonprofits.
Data requests are coming — be ready to show:
📌 contracts
📌 deliverables
📌 audit findings
📌 fraud safeguards
📌 executive compensation tied to public dollars
If public money is involved, transparency is not optional.
The one time I went on Charlie Kirk's show we talked about the "Brazilification of America," that abolish the police extremists were pushing us to a world in which only the rich behind gated communities and private security would have safety, and the poor would suffer. We acknowledged we had many differences of opinion but it was best to find points of agreement when possible. He was a gracious host. RIP.
Where are the headlines? This mother in Iran is about to be hanged and I really feel helpless seeing silence from the big names, the anti-war activists in the West, the feminist leaders, the so-called free world leaders.
Her only “crime”? Fighting for freedom and dignity for her son and a better future. The regime wants to kill her for wanting justice. And the world looks away.
Why are the global justice and feminist movements silent? Where are the protests?
This is not about politics. This is about basic humanity. What does it mean for justice, when those who once marched against oppression turn their eyes away from a woman who seeks nothing but fairness and humanity?
This execution is not only her death sentence, it is a test of our collective humanity.
