@Steven_Swinford Your solution would make her homeless then. If you can’t buy, you rent. Someone fixes the boiler or plumbing as it’s not your problem. When that person has no incentive to keep that place as it costs too much, the system collapses.

Property prices would collapse at the top, and smaller places would become even more expensive to avoid continuous taxation on an already owned asset. It’s a no-win.

Owning $RSR loses investors money, the APY is nothing compared to the downtrend on any timeframe.
There isn’t a single reason to put money into $RSR.
