Following last night's #StormArwen the Emergency Services have closed Heaton Road to all traffic between Punto / Meldon Terrace and Heaton Park View, due to a chimney that is in danger of collapsing. Please take care out there and allow extra time for your journeys.

@justinbates28 Shame. This won’t help slow down the ‘corporate let’ requests we get on a daily basis. The ‘Rent to Rent’ side of our industry needs to be sorted out as soon as possible.
@GaryUsher_ The property industry is forced to establish if tenants have the legal Right to Rent in England. The Senior Courts seem to agree that the law is discriminatory but apparently ‘discrimination was justified’. The starting point for this discussion is so very flawed.
