@HebaMelhem5 @EtihadAirways I heard of 2 exactly similar incidents in Germany as well. I will never book with Etihad again. Even if you try to reach the customer service in Germany they will never answer the call. Much, funnier is that even the customer service in Abu Dhabi were even more useless.

the 2nd case is my brother who has a heart condition and got stuck in munich airport am waiting for the case number yet!!
