🚨 "Is this PSG the best team you've ever managed?"
🗣️Luis Enrique: "I don't know because I managed the Barca team of Lionel Messi, the Best Player of all time."
Pep Guardiola on his last game as Barça coach
🗣️: “Before the match, Messi told me he’d send me off the right way. He went out, scored a stunning hat-trick, then after the fourth hugged me and said, ‘That was for you. We’ll miss you.’”
🚨 David Beckham on how many years it took to bring Lionel Messi to Inter Miami:
“The memory that I’ve chosen is the phone call I got while I was in bed in Japan, telling me that Leo Messi was signing for Miami.
We had been talking to Leo’s father for a long time — five years, actually. Five years before the club had even existed. Me and my partner in Miami secretly went into a hotel to meet Leo’s dad years before he signed for us. We sat down with him and I said, ‘Look, I know Leo isn’t ready now, but one day I want your son to play for my club.’
Fast forward five years, and we knew a decision was coming because Leo had announced he was leaving PSG. It was around 4 or 5am in Japan, and I was asleep when my phone just kept buzzing over and over.
Victoria elbowed me and said, ‘Turn your phone off, we need to sleep. We’re jet-lagged.’
So I reached over, put my glasses on, checked my phone, and saw the message: ‘Leo Messi has decided to come to Miami.’
I immediately got goosebumps. I sat up in bed and started crying. Victoria looked at me and said, ‘What’s happened? What’s wrong? Who’s died?’
And I said, ‘Leo’s coming. He’s coming to Miami.’
I went online and it was everywhere across social media. Then I spoke to my partner, Jorge, and he kept saying, ‘Can you believe it? Can you believe it?’
And I said, ‘I can’t. Not yet. I’ll only believe it when he literally steps foot in Miami.’
I told Jorge, ‘You and your wife have to go to the airport and be there the moment he gets off that plane. Because it might be his brother — we might have signed his brother, I don’t know.’
I said, ‘This is Leo. This is Messi. The greatest player to ever play our game.’"
Aram Tigran 🇦🇲:
My father used to tell me that we and the rest of the Armenians are alive thanks to the Kurds , don’t forget this and spend your life defending them
“You are the reason this is so beautiful. I thank you for the rest of my life because this is probably the best group I will ever coach in my future. I have no doubt you will be remembered forever.” - @cesc4official full time speech 🥹💙
After four years full of challenges and hard work, it's time to move on.
I leave with the feeling that the mission is complete. 4 seasons, 3 championships.
I will never forget the love I received from the fans from my very first days.
Catalonia is my place on earth.
Thank you to everyone I met along the way during these beautiful four years.
A special thank you to President Laporta for giving me the chance to live the most incredible chapter of my career.
Barça is back where it belongs.

🚨Pep Guardiola on if Rayan Cherki is allowed to showboat against Chelsea:
🗣️Pep: "Listen... Rayan is a special, special player. He is little bit of a free soul. I am a manager who likes control, we know this. So sometimes, on the touchline, it is so, so tough to watch. My heart... pff. He gets the ball, he starts the tricks, and my instinct is to shout, 'Rayan, please, play simple!' But if I tell him against Chelsea, 'Stop this,' I destroy the player. I take away his incredible quality. What he did against Arsenal, against Liverpool… exceptional. Unbelievable..”
“So against Chelsea, I want to see it again. If he feels it, he does it. Go out, express yourself, have fun, and show the world how good you are. We will respect the opponent but at the same time, I don’t want to take away what makes Rayan special. He's one of the most unbelievably talented players I've EVER seen.” #CHEMCI
