@Hertz you left my little girl and I stranded at DCA on our way to visit our deployed soldier. Your staff and customer service team at that location were beyond rude. You didn’t have our vehicle although we reserved and were charged more than a month ago. We’re told “too bad….
The rude agent told us to call customer service for a refund”. Customer service told us to check with Hertz and Dollar all who did not have cars. Told us to check nearby location. They would not refund us for the amount charged.
