@BararyZiba@_Cryptoboy_@FriaElena @investvoyager @Celsius_Voyager@Ehrls15@nickcini Exactly. The problem is that @investvoyager is deciding not to process withdrawals and it’s unrelated with how long it takes to actual hit the bank account if they’re not even processed to begin with
@_Cryptoboy_@BararyZiba@FriaElena @investvoyager @Celsius_Voyager@Ehrls15@nickcini It’s definitely not bank specific. They just seem to be stalling withdrawals. I have two pending from 6/18 and 6/24. I tried making a test deposit and of course, it processed within a few hours and the funds were taking from my bank account the day after. @investvoyager kuddos!
@Celsius_Voyager@BararyZiba @investvoyager @Ehrls15@nickcini My conflict isn’t how long it’s taking for funds to hit the bank account but Voyager stalling on processing the actual withdrawals. Many of us are going into a week when it used to take 24 hours for them to process withdrawals in the past
@investvoyager @BararyZiba@Celsius_Voyager@Ehrls15@nickcini What DM’s? You haven’t responded. Support is claiming that the transaction is processed but waiting for the funds to hit the account but clearly Voyager hasn’t processed it if it’s giving customers the option to cancel the withdrawal
@AssetJunkie @investvoyager @Celsius_Voyager@Ehrls15@nickcini Is the transaction showing as pending and still allows you to cancel the withdrawal or has it already been processed and just waiting on the funds to hit your bank account?
@AssetJunkie @investvoyager @Celsius_Voyager@Ehrls15@nickcini Voyager is what I used as an on/off ramp for fiat. I’m surprised that crypto transactions are going through instantly but cash withdrawals are still pending after 4 days
