You'll get prosecuted more quickly in the UK for cutting down a tree than for r-pe or assault. The AVERAGE time to conclude a r-pe case is currently FIVE AND A HALF years.

Interesting decision in the Baby Reindeer defamation case. Strange that the parts that were allegedly made up/exaggerated didn't add much to the story.
It's critical to share these experiences & call out abuse. But ensure what you are saying is true. Embellishment helps abusers.

I remember watching the actual court testimonies and being convinced the Menendez brothers were innocent. I watched Monsters and doubts formed. It turns out they knowingly made up a lot of stuff that makes the brothers look bad or weird. Pure fiction. That's wrong. (2/2)
