I spent nearly 2 hours with customer support yesterday explaining the issue. I was assured that the concerned team would contact me within 24 hours.

Just look after MFP unnecessary delays and govt. claim it will boost connectivity and make it faster ek ye train itna duniya ghuma k patna jati hai us me v itna itna deri sirf vote pane k jhunjhuna dene ki kosis karte ho Na koi crossing ho rha hai na kuch bus rok k rakha hai.
