It's not just Israel in Gaza.
Since the 1960s UK governments have supported or acquiesced in several cases of genocide in Africa, MidEast & Asia.
Until we hold elected officials to account for crimes abroad, the UK will keep acquiescing in genocides.

I just heard the @BBC radio say that the Israeli army was attacking Hezbollah targets yesterday & they also platformed someone bloviating about how Iran is ‘occupying’ Lebanon.
As a frontline journalist on the ground for the last 18 months, I would like to reiterate that I have not see any Iranian occupation bases in Lebanon. I have not seen any children killed here by Iranian bombs. I haven’t seen the IRGC massacring entire families on a daily basis. The IRGC has not shot at me or killed dozens of my colleagues in targeted attacks. Iran has not been systematically murdering healthcare workers (over 130) in Lebanon.
Israel has violently invaded and occupied Lebanon. The flag flying over the base in Al Khiam is an Israeli flag, not an Iranian flag. (Photo below)
The Lebanese Ministry of Health yesterday reported that 3,613 civilians have been killed and 11,072 have been wounded in Israeli attacks since March 2nd.
The UK government is letting a US spy-tech firm known for mass surveillance and assisting Israel in genocide into our national services.
This is a major scandal that we all need to be pushing back AGAINST.

Immigrant and refugee rights organizations in the United States have issued a travel advisory for international visitors ahead of the #2026WorldCup. The organizations state that visitors, immigrants, and people of color may face harassment, arbitrary questioning, or detention due to increased immigration enforcement in the United States.
The advisory also emphasizes that supporters, journalists, and delegation members from Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean may be disproportionately targeted because of racial profiling, language, or national origin.
It further states that trans and non-binary individuals may face additional difficulties as a result of new federal regulations requiring the declaration of “biological sex at birth” in visa and passport procedures.
The advisory also notes that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials have broad powers, warning that social media accounts may be scrutinized and electronic devices such as phones and computers may be searched upon entry into the country.
Bolivia's general strike against neoliberalism:
Workers in the Santa Cruz region have forced police & paramilitary forces to retreat after more than 4 hours of resistance on the highway in San Julián. The barricade blocking the road remains in place for now.
The clear trigger for this was the strikes on Dahieh that were supposed to stop with the supposed ceasefire a week ago, but the Iranian military also pointed to the use of white phosphorus in southern Lebanon, which was used against Nabatieh several days ago.
The IRGC has announced that its strikes tonight targeted Ramat David Airbase, southeast of Haifa, where they say the strikes on south Beirut were launched from.
The IRGC further says its strikes were in response to the mass expulsion of Lebanese from Tyre, Nabatieh, and Dahieh.
I wrote for @Equatormag about the "Israelization" of America, and why the neocon political obsession with Netanyahu, how he supposedly represented a leader more authentically American than America's, helped bring us to this point.https://t.co/i7d1AiefxW
The magnitude of what just happened may take some time to sink in.
This is the first time Iran has struck Israel after Israel struck another country's territory (that is, not Iran).
This means that the battle lines have been moved.
Iran's deterrence had already been restored in the sense that Israel knew that any strike on it would be responded to.
But now, Iran has proven that it will also respond to Israeli strikes on Lebanon.
This is the first time in decades that a regional power has the means, capacity, and willingness to put hard power against Israeli military maneuvers or aggression against a third party.

Leaked documents show Israeli drones made by Elbit – which has factories in the UK – took a leading a role in the mass slaughter in Gaza, with onboard AI systems selecting targets autonomously, based on algorithms. The drones are integrated into a "Server in the Sky".
Palestine Action was declared a terrorist organisation by the UK government for trying to destroy this drone production.

Learned that the total war waged against Cuba, spoken about in terms of economic sabotage, also can sometimes mask that it’s an attack on Cuba’s public services in general — especially since 50% of Cuba’s state budget goes towards health (26%) and education (24%).
