@hulu_support @hulu_support still can’t watch my NBC shows from MyStuff. Going on 3 days now…what’s the deal?

@hulu_support Why are the recordings for NBC shows: Chicago Med, Fire and Police from last night and now Law & Order and SVU from tonight not available in MyStuff? It shows one recording for each, but nothing shows up to select or play. Shows from other networks appear fine.

@hulu_support Let’s see how long this takes to resolve. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with your service. Not sure if I want a credit or cancellation at this point.

@ErinN53805 @hulu_support @hulusupport the wait times are too long. This problem has been ongoing for more than 24 hours. Technical support should already have all the data they need from other customers who have reported before me and a solution should already be in place. This is unacceptable.
